1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Full refunds will be processed for canceled orders if the request is made before shipment.

1.2 After Shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
  • However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to the Returns section below).

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Custom-fit or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.

2.2 Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@fitperfect.store or call 8555038915 to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  3. Ship the product to our return address provided by the support team.

2.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Custom-fit or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide pictures of the damage/defect for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • UPI/Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days.
  • Bank Transfers/Debit or Credit Cards: 7-10 business days.
